Your Mission
As a trusted digital advisor, you will:
- Onboard new German-market clients and guide them through successful PPC campaign launches
- Build strong customer relationships and drive long-term adoption
- Make outbound calls to promote solutions and identify growth opportunities
- Design strategic, performance-focused advertising campaigns
- Increase customer spend through upselling and optimization
- Manage a high volume pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
- Help clients maximize ROI and reduce churn
What Were Looking For
- C2 German + fluent English
- 2+ years in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
- Experience managing customer relationships and performance campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to explain digital marketing strategies clearly
- Comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of the German market and business culture
Nice to have:
- PPC/Google Ads experience
- CRM tools & AI workflow knowledge
- Digital marketing ecosystem understanding
