Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Director within a luxury (5*) hotel environment.
Solid financial acumen and experience managing complex hotel operations.
Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and guest expectations.
Fluency in English; Italian is a strong advantage.
Other European languages such as Spanish are desirable.
