Ph3Position /h3 pSupply Chain Services Manager South EMEA (Sales) /p h3Company Overview /h3 pArrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, is a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components worldwide, built on a trusted, long-lasting network of relationships with industry leaders on the supplier and customer side. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pIn collaboration with sales teams, you will take the full suite of Arrow’s supply chain services, applying a growth mindset and consultative selling approach to both traditional and non-traditional customers. By targeting VP-level+ decision-makers independently of the sales team, you will differentiate Arrow from competitors, driving sales, margin and fee growth and a leading share of TAM. You will report to the EMEA Supply Chain Solutions Director. /p h3Differentiated / Integrated Supply Chain Solutions /h3 ul liBuild detailed knowledge of Arrow’s high‑end supply chain services portfolio. /li liUse consultative questioning techniques to isolate customer pain points and create bespoke solutions. /li liDemonstrate benefits with quantitative and qualitative analysis, increasing Arrow’s share of the customer’s wallet. /li liCollaborate with sales teams, using whitespace analysis to spotlight high‑potential customers. /li liBuild strategies to connect with customer influencers and decision‑makers. /li liEnsure solution designs meet Arrow’s financial objectives and thresholds. /li liMaintain implemented solutions, handing them off to Sales and Business Process Excellence teams. /li /ul h3Supply Chain‑as‑a‑Service /h3 ul liIn some cases, charge a consulting fee to customers who cannot immediately increase billing relationships. /li liOwn the sales funnel for Arrow’s fee‑for‑service portfolio, including in‑house semiconductor programming, long‑term inventory solutions, turnkey manufacturing, supply chain control tower, and critical buffer stocks. /li /ul h3Non‑Core Services /h3 ul liBecome a subject‑matter expert for all Arrow solutions, managing the funnel of opportunities and developing interest from traditional, non‑traditional, and start‑up customers. /li liServe as the single point of contact for customers, linking them to the appropriate specialist resources. /li liPortfolio includes: Arrow Intelligent Solutions, Converge, Arrow Digital, Enterprise Computing Solutions, eInfochips, Arrow Capital Solutions, Arrow Supply Assurance, AE Petsche, Richardson RFPD, Silicon Expert, AGSCS, AMSS. /li /ul h3Dimensions /h3 ul liField‑based and customer‑facing. /li liRegular consultative selling at Director, Vice President, and C‑Suite level. /li liTerritory of €500 m+ existing sales across customer types. /li liInternational travel as required. /li /ul h3Key Interfaces /h3 ul liSales leaders and regional sales managers within the territory. /li liExecutive team (as required). /li liSales force (daily). /li liCustomer decision‑makers (daily). /li liSubject‑matter experts within Arrow business units. /li liBusiness Process Excellence Reporting team (as required). /li liIT (as required). /li /ul h3What Are We Looking For? /h3 ul liKnowledge of the electronic component industry and relevant supply‑chain and manufacturing practices. /li liSolution‑selling experience and influence at executive level. /li liProblem solving and creation of winning strategies. /li liFast‑learner. /li liProject management and collaboration within a team. /li liEnglish and Italian business proficiency. /li /ul h3What’s in it for you? /h3 ul liComprehensive training in the latest electronics industry technologies. /li liPermanent contract with base salary, bonus scheme, and company car. /li liChance to work with a wide spectrum of companies and technologies driving innovation. /li liReal opportunities to grow within a global, multicultural environment. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pIT‑Milan, Italy (Viale Piero e Alberto Pirelli) /p h3Time Type /h3 pFull time /p h3Job Category /h3 pSales /p h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pArrow is an equal opportunity employer.
