We are seeking an experienced digital and e-commerce professional to join our HQ in Milan as Head of Brand Partnerships.In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing partnerships with brands, maintaining their stability and influencing their potential growth, while achieving expectations in terms of sales and image.As the right person for this role, you will lead the turnover and margins objectives of online stores, and be an awesome expert of ecommerce, merchandising, and digital marketing, with an approach that prioritizes results, excellent leadership skills, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.What you'll do:Create and maintain relationships with partner brands.Define a roadmap, supervise execution, and propose continuous upgrades to the online store's capabilities.Manage all aspects of the ecommerce business, including financial planning, commercial planning, buying and merchandising, development of the marketing plan, and monitoring of performance and the main business KPIs.Define the strategic evolution of the online business with a focus on customer experience and conversion optimization.Communicate with clients regularly to ensure projects are developed and delivered on time.Propose service upgrades, including related negotiations of economics.Generate and implement new commercial and marketing initiatives to increase the turnover and profitability of the online business.Achieve the turnover and margins objectives of the managed online store, through the planning of commercial initiatives, efficient stock management, and the implementation of merchandising and marketing initiatives.Analyze, monitor, and identify corrective actions based on the performance indicators of the online store.What we're looking for:5–7 years of experience in a similar role working with global brands, agencies, and/or ecommerce platforms’ key account solutions. Previous experience in fashion or design industries is a strong plus.In-depth knowledge of the main ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and international markets.Strong capabilities in client communication, negotiation, and long-term relationship building.Solid commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth opportunities, profitability, and brand positioning.Sense of ownership and willingness to have a tangible impact on the company’s results.Ability to work in a structured and data-driven way, setting clear goals, managing budgets, and monitoring results.Professional proficiency in Italian and English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
