Your role within the Neurovascular team is to maintain and develop business with all customers in the defined sales district by providing excellent technical support, training, and education to the customers, to ensure meeting or exceeding targets by representing the company in accordance with its policies and enhancing Medtronic’s reputation in the market. This role will cover Northern Italy and will require having a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :
* Provide high-quality clinical support for defined area case coverage and support of interventional procedures (as well as occasional coverage outside area if required).
* Plan and support clinical and technical training and education programs with review and input from Sales Manager and staff in the region as well as other functional groups, i.e., marketing, reimbursement, regulatory, clinical, education, etc., consistent with the District Business Plan.
* Support marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies.
* Capture in SFDC case coverage and interactions for all accounts, market and competitive information and trends, and metrics in a comprehensive, complete, and timely fashion.
* Complete immediately and accurately all reports of customer or product related events in accordance with policies.
* Attend all required regional and national meetings.
Required Knowledge and Experience :
* Experience in the medical (device) industry or in a hospital radiology department environment and knowledge of the competitive marketplace would be an advantage.
