The
Jr. Buyer
will manage the « Source to Pay » process for indirect categories, delivering the best procurement solutions for the Company in terms of cost savings, quality and supplier performances, in compliance with best practices and Company procedures.
ACTIVITIES Strategic Sourcing & Tender Management: Analyse market trends to identify optimal suppliers across key categories (Corporate Services, Packaging Materials, Industrial Supplies, Facility Management, IT, CAPEX). Lead tender processes: issue enquiries, evaluate bids, conduct negotiations, and finalize supplier selection. Contract Management & Legal Coordination: Collaborate with the Legal Department to review, revise, and finalize contracts. Negotiate and conclude agreements (frame contracts, pricing terms) ensuring risk mitigation and compliance with corporate policies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as procurement process owner, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Finance, Controlling, Operations) to ensure alignment and deliver measurable cost and process improvements. Requirements Definition & Specification Support: Participate in needs analysis with internal customers to define clear technical and service requirements. Provide support in drafting scopes of work and technical specifications when required. Operational & Compliance Responsibilities: Execute administrative procurement tasks including PO management and supplier qualification. Promote procurement best practices by supporting and training departments to ensure adherence to Group policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS 6 months/ 1 year of experience in procurement; basic knowledge of procurement practices Master degree in Engineering or Economics or Statistics Upper intermediate English; Spanish is a plus MS Office (in particular Word, Excel, Power Point); SAP is a plus Experience in indirect categories is a plus
