PulliFull-time /liliDepartment: Operations EMEA /li /ulh3Job Description /h3pThis is a 9 month fixed term contract, based in our Porcari site. /ppAs a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficient shipping of product to customers, and inbound shipments from vendors. You will coordinate freight pickups and arrange shipping details using internal and web-based logistic systems. In this role, you will organize shipping documentation, ensuring proper bills of lading are generated and that international documents are coordinated with the accounting team. /ppbJob Responsibilities /b /pulliCoordinates record keeping on inbound/outbound shipments and preparing documents for shipment. /liliEvaluates shipping notices, bills of lading, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates. /liliOversees outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments. /liliTracks and expedites inbound and outbound shipments as needed. /liliDetermines routing and legal load limits of trucks, according to established schedules and weight limits of states.
