Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Male Candidate Only Apply)
Location: Makarba – Ahmedabad
Shift: Rotational Shift
Job Responsibilities
* Provide support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, laptops, and desktop operating systems.
* Support primary desktop applications and perform operating system maintenance.
* Handle printer setup, maintenance, and end-user support.
* Manage day-to-day user shifting as per management requirements.
* Allocate standard hardware for new user onboarding and fulfill hardware requests with senior approval.
* Assist with third-party software and tokens (Tally, TDS, CDSL).
* Perform application and database backups.
* Format and set up laptops/desktops with standard software and join devices to the domain with proper user profile configuration.
* Support knowledge of stock market trading applications (preferred).
* Flexible to work in any shift.
Key Skills
* Strong computer hardware and laptop troubleshooting skills.
* Proficient in desktop operating systems and standard applications.
* Basic understanding of network devices and CCTV management.
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
