Reporting directly to the BU Foundations Sr. Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the Foundations Business Unit by coordinating and inspiring the team of Customer Project Managers (CPMs). This position is not only about operational excellence—it’s about driving

Responsibilities
Lead and empower a team of Customer Project Managers, promoting a culture of
innovation and customer-centricity .
Facilitate regular team meetings to share best practices, resolve challenges, and align on priorities that accelerate
product development and market responsiveness .
Cultivate strategic customer relationships to strengthen credibility and
transform insights into breakthrough product concepts .
Project Oversight
Monitor progress of key customer projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining a
focus on creative solutions and differentiation .
Act as escalation point for critical issues, driving resolution with agility and collaboration.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement process enhancements that
boost efficiency and enable faster innovation cycles .
Champion the deployment of tools and methodologies that support
data-driven decision‐making and creative problem‑solving .
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and R&D to ensure seamless execution and
alignment with market trends and consumer expectations .
Maintain strong relationships with key customers, translating their needs into
innovative product strategies .
Reporting & Analysis
Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and performance metrics to BU Senior Director.
Analyze trends and propose corrective actions to improve overall project health and
accelerate time‑to‑market for new products .
Requirements
Deep knowledge of the Makeup Market, with a strong orientation toward
Foundation innovation
and a proven passion for
end‑to‑end product development and launch strategies .
Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally in a customer‑facing role within cosmetics or beauty.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to
inspire creativity and accountability .
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strategic and analytical mindset with attention to detail and
curiosity for emerging trends .
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., SAP, MS Office).
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus like French and Korean.
Previous coordination or people management experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
Willingness to travel globally.
