Requirements:

- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP Success Factor Talent Management modules
- Strategic thinking and consulting practices

Responsibilities:
- Partner with global stakeholders across People & Transformation and the business to co-design, develop and execute key processes and programs driving engagement and performance of company talent.
- Provide operational and consultative support to P&T people, partners and business leaders on talent management initiatives including onboarding and offboarding.
- Co-design and execute strategic talent management initiatives, programs and processes to improve talent outcomes
- Improve talent processes through feedback & data analysis and digital automation
