You will own end‑to‑end procurement, supplier relationships, and inventory control to guarantee premium quality, cost efficiency, and uninterrupted supply across all operational departments. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul libLead procurement operations /b across the resort, including requisitions, ordering, receiving, invoice reconciliation, and supplier performance monitoring. /li libManage inventory and stock control; /b set par levels, monitor consumption, forecast demand, and implement measures to minimise waste and stockouts. /li libCoordinate with operational teams /b (FB and kitchen, service, banqueting; Housekeeping; Front Office; Engineering) to align purchasing with menus, events, and seasonal peaks. /li libDevelop and maintain procurement policies and SOPs /b to ensure compliance with budgetary, quality, safety, and sustainability objectives. /li libOnboard and manage suppliers; /b conduct performance reviews, resolve disputes, and drive continuous improvement. /li libProduce regular management reports /b on spend, savings, supplier KPIs, and inventory status. /li /ul h3Qualifications and experience /h3 ul libMinimum 4 years’ procurement experience /b, with at least 2–3 years in luxury hotel or resort procurement. /li liProven track record bin vendor management and inventory systems /b. /li liStrong financial acumen and experience managing procurement budgets. /li liProficiency in bMS Office /b and experience with purchasing/ERP systems (Navision/Business Central or similar preferred). /li libFluent Italian; /b bEnglish /b fluency highly desirable.
