Position Details This is a fully remote position offering great freedom and flexibility. Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of employees, communicating organizational objectives, safety practices, and project deadlines. Motivate and evaluate team members' performance, boosting team performance and employee retention. Administer, control, and direct daily activities and operations of facilities and programs in assigned areas. Assist with recruiting, training, and developing new recruits. Communicate concerns and policies among administration and team members. Handle inquiries and complaints from staff and clients. Ensure company brand materials and physical spaces meet presentation standards. Requirements At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Operations Manager, or similar role in the Administrative Department. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation. Comfortable working in a self-managed, fully remote environment.
