We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the team and our SVP of Business Transmission.

Your role
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives
Arrange travel and accommodations for the SVP and senior Managers. Prepare and manage related expense reports.
Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.
Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high‑paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by the SVP
Welcome the Executive’s guests by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or directing inquiries.
Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C‑Level matters.
Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow‑through skills and sound judgment.
Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting and analysing information as needed, in advance.
Complete ad‑hoc projects as assigned
Organize complex calendars and schedules; resolving any scheduling issues. Fully manage the agenda and calendar and mailbox highlighting urgent matters and deadlines

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with the following key requirements:
Strong work tenure: proven experience supporting C‑Level Executives
Demonstrated integrity and capability of managing sensitive and confidential information is a must
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Flexible mind set
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Team working and problem‑solving attitude / Team player - have team‑oriented experience and approach.
Capabilities in managing priorities and time
Fluent English both written and spoken, other language is appreciated (Spanish, French…)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Microsoft Teams, as well as SAP
Strong ability to network and work with international teams
Available when necessary to work overtime / flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
