What you will do
The Technical Manager Environment – Health and Safety in our Cologno site will take care of all the aspects related to Assets, processes and machines improvements and EHS, whilst at the same time, ensuring that we meet our internal and external reporting and control requirements. The role will report to site manager directly and indirectly to business Area functions.
How you will do it
1. Collect and maintain documents of site assets
2. Analyse machine/utilities usages and improve the assets in connection with process use
3. Develop policies and strategies for continuous improvement and cost reduction
4. Collect C.I. metrics, report them to Plant Manager and cooperate to improve them with other functions (corporate and internal)
5. Manage processes cycles and mfg. activities contributing to their improvements in connection with production supervisor
6. Set up asset budget based on process and volumes.
Environment – Health and Safety tasks:
7. Collect waste, energy and environmental metrics, report them through internal docs and dedicated portals, cooperate to improve metrics according to guidelines and cooperating with other functions in the corporate
8. Develop policies and strategies for EHS
9. Maintain ISO14001 certificate and documentation
10. Collect EHS metrics and cooperate to improve them with other functions in the corporate and internally
11. Manage EHS and waste reporting to authorities (ARPA, INAIL, ATS)
12. Planning practical and effective methods, both preventative and remedial, of promoting health and safety and safe working practices;
What we look for
13. Chemical or Mechanical Engineer background preferrable
14. Experienced with authorities portals (AIDA, CIVA).
15. Experienced in EHS sector (2 years at least)
16. Available for night/weekend emergencies upon request
17. Fluent in Italian, English communication level mid/high
18. Available for short and limited travels
