Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of embedded software for avionics display systems such as PFD, MFD, touchscreen controls, and helmet‑mounted displays using Model‑Based Design methodologies.
- Implement graphics for touchscreen displays with a proper HMI, emphasizing flight‑test operations pilot workload.
- Manage the software life cycle in accordance with applicable standards (DO‑178C, DO‑331, ARP‑4754A).
- Integrate application software onto target systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of hardware, software, and system engineering.
- Define software requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, Automation, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering).
- Proven experience with MATLAB/Simulink and software development in C/C++.
- Knowledge of real‑time safety‑critical embedded software development aspects.
- Interest in Human‑Machine Interface (HMI) aspects.
