About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Tax Accountant to join our finance team to manage day‑to‑day tax operations, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining proper tax administration, coordinating with authorities, and supporting smooth financial operations across our villa portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle all tax‑related operations, including PPh, PPN, and local taxes (e.g., NPWPD) for villa operations.
* Maintain accurate and complete tax documentation, filings, and records.
* Ensure timely submission of tax returns and payments in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
* Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, supporting management in implementing compliance measures.
* Assist in tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure tax compliance for vendor payments, employee payroll, and operational transactions.
* Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports.
General Qualifications
* Minimum S1 in Accounting or Finance.
* Minimum 2 years in tax accounting, preferably in hospitality, property, or corporate environments.
* Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations, NPWP, PPh, PPN, and local taxes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate, Zahir, MYOB, or SAP).
* Ability to prepare tax returns and reports accurately.
* Detail‑oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
* Integrity, proactivity, and ability to work independently and in a team.
* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
Salary
IDR 6,000,000 – 10,000,000 per month
