Are you ready for the next step in your career?We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Specialist to join the EMEA IT Operations team, composed of professionals located across multiple European countries, including Italy.In this role, you will support and coordinate IT Operations and Service Delivery activities across the EMEA region, working closely with Business stakeholders, Global IT teams, suppliers, and external IT partners.This is not a traditional helpdesk or PMO role. It is a hands-on operational position that combines regional IT operations, service coordination, and project delivery responsibilities across multiple EMEA sites. You will play an active role in both regional and global IT initiatives, ensuring high-quality IT operations and effective service delivery from IT partners.Primary Location: Lucca (Italy)Your Responsibilities:In this role, you will:Support and coordinate regional IT Operations and Service Delivery activities across EMEA sitesCollaborate with local and global IT teams to implement and deliver standardized IT solutions for business projectsEnsure effective management of project scope, requirements, timeline, budget, and benefits in line with the change frameworkParticipate in and lead regional IT projects, deployments, and implementationsEnsure proper project onboarding and alignment, clarifying technical scope, stakeholder expectations, and objectivesProactively monitor project execution, identifying risks, issues, and impacts, and driving mitigation actionsMonitor and optimize process performance to improve efficiency and effectivenessEngage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely project deliveryEnsure high-quality and timely delivery of IT services and projectsCollaborate with Global IT teams, suppliers, and IT partners to ensure stable and reliable service deliveryMonitor IT operations performance across EMEA and coordinate incident resolution and escalationsProvide regular reporting and maintain accurate documentation in global systemsExpectations for You:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical/business field4+ years of experience in IT projects, IT Operations, Service Delivery, or similar rolesAt least 3 years of experience in IT OperationsBroad IT knowledge across infrastructure, operations, service delivery, or regional IT supportExperience in one or more technical domains such as servers, networking, end-user services, or factory IT (considered a plus)Good understanding of Windows servers and network standardsProven ability to work independently in an international and cross-functional environmentStrong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skillsDemonstrated experience delivering projects on time and within budgetAbility to assess task complexity and estimate timelines accuratelyFluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an assetStrong reporting and documentation skillsTo succeed in this roleTo succeed in this role, you bring a proactive mindset and strong coordination capabilities, supported by a solid IT background. You feel comfortable operating in a complex, international environment and engaging with multiple stakeholders across different regions and functions.You demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple activities. You take ownership of your work and show accountability in driving tasks and projects forward, ensuring that objectives are met.
