As a Manufacturing Function Controller (m / f / d) you will be based in Porcia for a permanent contract. /p pAre you ready to take on a new challenge in a dynamic, innovative, and customer-oriented team? /p pHager Group is made for you! /p h3Your mission /h3 pReporting to the Group Manufacturing Function Controlling Manager, you drive the financial performance of the plant while being part of the local management team. /p h3Your main responsibilities include /h3 ul liLeading the monthly closing process of the site in compliance with group procedures and in coordination with the accounting team /li liPreparing the monthly report highlighting variances and proposing action plans /li liPreparing various performance indicators (productivity, etc.) /li liManaging budget and forecast processes for the site in line with group guidelines /li liPerforming detailed product cost calculations at year-end /li liConducting ad-hoc product cost analyses and profitability calculations for investment projects /li liMonitoring investment projects in collaboration with the project team /li liProviding financial counsel to the local management team to facilitate decision making /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liYou have a Master’s degree in Finance or a Business School degree /li liYou have 5 to 8 years’ experience in financial controlling in an industrial environment /li liYou are fluent in English and Italian /li liYou are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel /li liKnowledge of SAP and / or Business Intelligence software is a plus /li liYour analytical skills, effective communication, and proactivity are essential for success in this role /li /ul pTo succeed in your new role, we offer a comprehensive and innovative integration and training program. /p h3Our offer /h3 pAt Hager Group, you can expect a fulfilling role with quality tasks and responsibilities within a motivated team.
