Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world‑class performance.
In this role, you’ll take on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
Monitoring Quality KPIs, including non-conformities and customer complaints, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
Conducting structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve issues, both internal and customer-related, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborating with Research & Development and Engineering for new product launches and managing design and process changes. Supporting Quality Assurance in reviewing and updating internal procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
Planning and conducting internal audits, supervising preparation and execution of verification activities.
Promoting the concept of Risk-Based Thinking and driving continuous improvement of quality processes, contributing to the quality culture through active participation in short internal meetings.
Defining and monitoring product and process quality requirements, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards during development and production phases.
Qualifications For The Role
You have a Degree in Engineering or a technical field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality-related roles within a manufacturing environment.
You possess knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
You have familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and problem-solving tools.
You have strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
You are at ease communicating in English and Italian.
