Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, No contact lens allowed; prescriptive glasses will be provided, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

A day in the Life:
* Execute Visual inspection operations to ensure flawless execution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices.
* Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards.
Keys to Success:
* Successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Exhibit a proven ability to compete in a dynamic work environment.
Education
* High school diploma required.
Experience
* Minimum of 6 months in a manufacturing role.
* Experience in sterile manufacturing environments is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
* Outstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
* Ability to stand for extended periods.
* Capability to lift up to 25 kg.
* Work in a controlled, sterile environment adhering to strict safety guidelines.
