We are looking for a Warehouse Manager_based in Veneto
The candidate lead operations for 2 new Warehouses in Veneto, with full responsibility for performance, people and customer relationship.
What Will You Do:
* Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities;
* Take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing a safe, efficient operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s);
* Manage the change of mindset to Standardization and Continuous Improvement;
* Manage and develop large operational teams (80–100 employees)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the Customer
* Monitor the operation's span of control and build a strategy;
* Lead by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture;
* Management of providers of the site's general services such as security, infrastructure, maintenance.
Requirements
* Master's degree in Engineering/Economic;
* At least 5 years of experience in logistics / supply chain
* Several xivgfpx experience in a direct management team (Blue collars);
* Proven track record in people leadership and union relations
* English fluent;
* Leadership skills and capability of defining and deploying strategic plan for the site;
* Strong analytical skills: Lean Manufacturing (WCM, TPM, Six Sigma);
* Team player with a positive mindset
Indicative gross annual salary: €45.000 – €55.000
