We are looking for a Senior Design System Designer who will work closely with the Design System project team, collaborating on the design and evolution of patterns and ensuring that quality and creative standards are met in terms of execution.
Think you are the right person? You will have the opportunity to:
1. Design patterns related to the TeamSystem Design System, write and extend its guidelines;
2. Work in synergy with the development team to develop the design system libraries;
3. Interacting with stakeholders and product owners in gathering requirements and presenting product evolution proposals;
4. Translate requirements into design choices (information architecture, navigation, user flow, wireflow, wireframe, mockups and final prototypes);
5. Contributing to the expansion and maintenance of best practices and design methodologies used by the Design team;
6. Create alignment initiatives between departments to contribute to a unified communication and experience;
7. Request and evaluate the complete user flow and overall experience where evaluation is required;
8. Submit feedback (Figma, Miro, Confluence, Email) & report to the Division/Product you're responsible for and to the PO and Vapor Design Team.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
9. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design of digital products (websites, web or native applications) in structured companies/agencies;
10. Data-driven approach, good knowledge of front-end logics (both web and mobile) and the ability to manage Interaction and User Interface Design phases;
11. Knowledge of Figma and its best practices (design library organisation, token & collaborative approach);
12. Degree in Interaction Design or related degrees;
13. You need to have the ability to work in a structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results; ability to organize activities/tasks and to manage initiative involving many colleagues process-wise.
14. You also need the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, ability to to mentor and evaluate work, propose and make corrections with a view to continuous improvement;
15. We are looking for a good relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal colleagues and external partners;
Nice to have: Experience actually creating UI components. Knowledge of Enterprise UX context.
