Unox S.p.A., market leader in the production of premium ovens and certified as one of the Top 100 Best Workplaces in Europe, is looking for a new team member to join the Events & Company Tour Team at the Unox headquarters. The selected candidate will be part of a structure dedicated to organising events for our clients, with the goal of supporting the team in providing customers, partners and visitors with a memorable experience within our company.
Main Responsibilities
* Visitor experience management: booking flights, transfers, hotels and restaurants.
* On‑site reception, presentation of the company profile and guided tours of the production facilities.
* Coordination of the calendar of demonstrations held by our Corporate Chefs.
* Collaboration in the organisation of digital events, including registration management, supplier coordination and logistics.
* Opportunity to closely follow the organisation of the Combiguru Challenge, an educational initiative aimed at culinary school students. The project seeks to enhance young culinary talents through cooking challenges that test creativity and technical skills, fostering the connection between education and the professional world. Requirements
* High‑school diploma with a focus on languages or an equivalent qualification.
* Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English and Spanish (or another European language).
* Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for customer‑facing roles.
* Interest in event organisation and international communication.
