Join us in redefining the boundaries of what's possible.Your roleWe are looking for a Junior Hr Business Partner who will support daily HR operations and contribute to people-related initiatives.
The role will collaborate closely with managers and employees, ensuring alignment between business needs and HR practices.Main responsibilitiesCollaborate closely with the HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partners to support People Management processes.Assist in daily HR activities, including 1:1 employee interviews, report updates, disciplinary procedures, and designing presentations.Manage the training process, ensuring the effective delivery of safety, technical upskilling, and organizational awareness programs.Support Business Leaders managing HR reporting, workforce planning, team communication and well-being surveys.Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.Contribute to People Development initiatives to promote company values and foster employee growth.Coordinate and manage internship programs across different Business Units.Maintain and update organizational charts.Main RequirementsEducational background in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Management, or LawFluency in English (additional languages are a plus)Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to different situationsCritical thinking and effective communication skillsProficiency in Excel and PowerPointA collaborative mindset with a strong inclination for teamworkStrong adaptability to changing contexts and evolving business needsOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
