Job Title: Warehouse Operator (forklift)– Day Shift- DIRECT HIRE

About the Role:
We’re currently hiring a Warehouse/Forklift Operatorto join our warehouse team in Tulsa. This is a day shift position with steady weekday hours and opportunities for overtime. As a Warehouse/Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient movement of goods—supporting both our customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
* Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
* Package, label, and prepare orders for delivery
* Use forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move materials as needed
* Maintain up-to-date inventory records in our ERP system
* Perform daily cycle counts and participate in physical inventory
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
* Identify and separate outdated or damaged products
* Follow company procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory control
* Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned
* Be available for overtime as needed based on workload and shipping deadlines
Requirements:
* Recent experience operating forklift in a warehouse environment
distribution, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
* Basic computer and math skills
* Valid Driver's License
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
