This role is not about maintaining something static, you will play a key part in shaping the brand, the community, and the voice of Ydun in Milan and beyond.
The Role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing & Community Manager who can take full ownership of Ydun's social media, influencer partnerships, and event programs in Milan.
he position is primarily remote, but with the expectation that you will be based in Milan to organize events, connect with partners, and activate our growing community.
You will be hands-on and autonomous, yet collaborative, and ready to roll up your sleeves to help us build from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Ydun's social media strategy, creating engaging content across formats including posts, stories, and reels.
- Source, negotiate, and manage influencer and brand partnerships within the wellness and lifestyle ecosystem in Milan.
- Plan, produce, and deliver events, workshops, activations, and community experiences at our Milan locations.
- Create visual content from scratch, including graphics, motion, and short video edits.
- Write compelling copy and storytelling for posts, newsletters, campaigns, events, and ad creatives.
- Define, monitor, and report on marketing KPIs, including social performance, lead generation, memberships, funnel performance, and event attendance.
- Collaborate with external partners on paid strategy, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact and meaningful leads.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
- Work closely with leadership, operations, and member-facing teams to align marketing with growth, retention, and community goals.
Who You Are
- You have 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, or community management, with exposure to digital, events, and brand work.
- You have managed social media, influencer programs, and event activations, and are confident running them independently.
- You are able to produce content independently, from graphics to video.
- You are a strong copywriter, able to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences and formats.
- You are familiar with or passionate about the wellness, performance, lifestyle, and longevity ecosystems, especially in Milan.
- You are proactive, resourceful, and creative, comfortable generating ideas, testing, iterating, and improving.
- You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- You are motivated by building and growing, and see yourself developing together with Ydun.
