Your Role
As a Customer Care & Technical Support Advisor, you will deliver premium customer experiences via:

Working Hours & Schedule
- Operating Hours: 09:00 – 21:00
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
Training & Nesting
- Training Duration: 14 days (fully paid, remote)
- Nesting Period: 1 week
- Full call volume with enhanced guidance
- Internal assessment at the end

Skills & Competencies Mandatory
- Italian C1 & English B2
- Significantly advanced PC knowledge
- MS Office proficiency
Typing & Assessment Requirements
- AC: 20 WPM & Typing Proficiency 29% (Harver)
- CSS: 20 WPM & 80% accuracy
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with macOS & iOS
