PpThe HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR activities across the Italian operations, ensuring alignment with Group HR strategies, local labor laws, and business objectives. The role covers multiple legal entities and sites and acts as a key partner for leadership and external stakeholders. /p pFull HR management for the Italian Cost Centers, covering: /p ul li7 legal entities /li li6 sites across Northern and Southern Italy /li liApproximately 180 FTEs /li liBudgeting and workforce planning, including staffing levels and compensation costs /li liEnd-to-end management of recruitment and onboarding processes /li liManagement of industrial relations and relationships with trade unions /li liMonitoring existing HR practices and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations /li liDefinition and implementation of common HR policies across all Italian sites and legal entities, in line with Group guidelines /li liCentralization and maintenance of the HR database /li liPlanning and execution of internal communication initiative /li liManagement of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including: /li liLeadership Teams /li liHealth Safety representatives /li liConfindustria /li liTrade Unions /li liLabour Inspectorate /li liSocial Security authorities /li li* Management of the payroll process, coordinating with external payroll consultants /li li* Handling disciplinary procedures and labor disputes, in collaboration with external legal advisors /li liPreparation and delivery of weekly and monthly HR KPI reports for Italian sites /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field /li liProven experience in an HR Manager or similar senior HR role within structured and multi-site organizations /li liStrong knowledge of Italian labor law, industrial relations, and HR compliance requirements /li liExperience managing multiple legal entities and complex organizational structures /li liSolid background in workforce planning, budgeting, and compensation management /li liHands-on experience with payroll processes and coordination of external providers /li liDemonstrated ability to manage disciplinary procedures and labor litigation /li liStrong analytical skills with experience in HR KPI reporting /li liMust Have: Fluent English (written and spoken) /li /ul pThe organization operates as an integrated logistics services provider. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
