Recruitment Excellence: Drive Talent Acquisition Forward

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team, driving the full recruitment process for various roles within the organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including:

* Piloting search strategies and processes in close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and the talent management team.
* Crafting compelling job advertisements, screening incoming applications, and proactively sourcing top talent.
* Conducting first interviews and providing valuable feedback to candidates.
* Serving as a single point of contact for hiring managers, candidates, and HR Business Partners throughout the recruitment process.
* Contributing to tools and process improvement projects to enhance recruitment effectiveness and improve KPIs.
* Leading employer branding initiatives and managing external partners in the recruitment arena.

To excel in this role, you will require:

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management of Human Resources or a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a challenging environment.
* Strong sourcing expertise, especially using internet job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Familiarity with different sourcing channels, including digital technologies and AI.
* Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to work in a matrix environment.
* The capacity to successfully manage multiple ongoing projects.
* Fluency in English and Italian.
