Openjobmetis Spa, filiale di Mirano, selects a progettista elettrico for a client in the metalworking sector.
Responsibilities
* Support the technical design and documentation activities of electrical panels and machine‑borne installations, focusing on drafting BOMs and creating/updating electrical schematics from client specifications and production surveys.
* Collaborate on the design of electrical panels and machine‑borne installations in line with technical specifications and company standards.
* Draft and update the BOM (Bill of Materials) based on electrical schematics and guidance from the Electrical Design Manager.
* Create, modify, and revise electrical schematics using the company's CAD software (preferably IDEA, EPLAN or equivalent).
* Conduct surveys of panels and installations fabricated by the electrical production laboratory (as‑built) and reflect changes in design documents.
* Support the management and updating of technical documentation: schematics, layouts, cable lists, terminal table, labels, etc.
* Collaborate with the production laboratory and other technical functions to resolve non‑conformities and technical issues.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes by proposing minor optimizations on componentry, wiring solutions and documentation methods.
Requirements
* Technical diploma (e.g., Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation Technician) or a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
* Minimum experience (including internships) in electrical design of panels and/or machine‑borne installations or in electrical technical offices.
* Basic knowledge of electrical schematic drawing using dedicated CAD software (IDEA, EPLAN or equivalent).
* Basic knowledge of industrial electrical componentry (switches, contactors, relays, PLCs, power supplies, protective devices, etc.).
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals and component datasheets.
* Good knowledge of the MS Office suite and ERP programs (AS400).

* Precision, order and attention to detail, especially in drafting and maintaining up‑to‑date technical documentation.
* Willingness to learn and grow professionally in electrical design.
* Teamwork skills and ability to interact with colleagues in technical and production areas.

Other Information
Initial fixed‑term temporary employment with the aim of stabilization.
Working hours: full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00‑17:00.
Location: Mirano (Ve).
Collective Labour Agreement: Metalworking industry, level to be defined based on experience.
