Controller (BSR Controller) – San Cesario sul Panaro (MO)
Responsibilities
* Support the implementation of SAP ERP for new acquisitions, including customization of the management system
* Prepare and analyze periodic reporting (monthly, quarterly)
* Monitor budget and forecast; analyze costs, revenues, and margins by area/business unit
* Support the preparation of the annual budget
* Collaborate with different company functions for data collection
* Develop and improve company KPIs
* Support the monthly accounting close
* Conduct ad‐hoc analysis upon management request
* Optimize control and reporting processes
Education and Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or related disciplines
Technical Skills
* Knowledge of IT systems such as SAP, Outlook, Power BI, Tagetik
* Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA ERP management system
* Excellent knowledge of Excel
* Basic knowledge of general and analytical accounting
* Data analysis and modeling skills

Compensation: Base salary €38,553 – €53,010, with additional components discussed during recruitment.
