The candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate accounting practices, GST, TDS, RERA compliance, vendor management, and MIS reporting. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Financial Accounting Reporting /h3 ul liMaintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. /li liPrepare financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reports. /li liMonitor project‑wise accounting, cost allocation, and revenue recognition. /li liReconcile bank accounts, ledgers, customer accounts, and vendor balances. /li /ul h3Real Estate Project Accounting /h3 ul liHandle accounting for real estate projects, including land acquisition, construction expenses, contractor billing, and project costing. /li liTrack project budgets, cost variance, and profitability analysis. /li liManage customer receivables, booking collections, demand letters, and payment follow‑ups. /li liEnsure proper accounting of inventory, WIP, and project expenses. /li /ul h3Taxation Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. /li liCoordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities. /li liMaintain compliance related to RERA and other applicable real estate regulations. /li liHandle statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments. /li /ul h3Payables Receivables /h3 ul liVerify vendor bills, contractor bills, and payment processing. /li liMonitor accounts receivable aging and customer outstanding collections. /li liEnsure timely payment to vendors and contractors. /li /ul h3Budgeting MIS /h3 ul liAssist in preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. /li liPrepare project‑wise MIS, fund flow, and financial analysis reports for management. /li liSupport management in strategic financial planning and decision‑making. /li /ul h3Team Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate with sales, CRM, projects, procurement, and legal departments for financial documentation and approvals. /li liSupervise junior accounting staff and ensure smooth departmental operations. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) /li liCA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li5–8 years of experience in Finance Accounts /li liMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of accounting standards and real estate accounting /li liGood understanding of GST, TDS, RERA, and statutory compliances /li liExperience in project accounting and cost control /li liProficiency in Tally ERP, ERP systems, and MS Excel /li liStrong analytical and reporting skills /li liGood communication and coordination abilities /li /ul h3Preferred Candidate Profile /h3 ul liExperience in handling multiple real estate projects /li liAbility to work under deadlines and manage financial controls effectively /li liStrong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
