PbCRM Support Lead /b (Remote - Italy) /ppbPosition Type: Contract, 3 months /b (possible extension up to 6 months) /ppbr/ppbOverview /b /ppOur client is a leading global consulting firm partnering with top biopharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to accelerate innovation and transform patient outcomes. By combining deep industry expertise with advanced digital solutions, they support life sciences organisations in achieving commercial excellence and driving future-ready healthcare strategies. /ppbr/ppWe are seeking an experienced CRM Support Lead to play a critical role in driving CRM strategy, adoption, and optimization within the life sciences sector. This is a remote contract role based in France, with an initial term of 3 months and the possibility of extension up to 6 months. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliEstablish and monitor KPIs to measure CRM performance, adoption, and business impact. /liliLead strategic direction, prioritize features, and evangelize Veeva Vault CRM capabilities. /liliGather market requirements, design customer-facing solutions, and ensure alignment with industry needs. /liliCollaborate cross-functionally to launch new features, manage product backlog, and deliver high-quality outcomes. /liliAct as subject matter expert, communicate product vision, and conduct training sessions for internal and client stakeholders. /liliProvide expertise in Veeva Network and OpenData, ensuring effective integration and data quality improvement across markets. /liliLead enablement sessions on OpenData platform usage, data matching, and best practices. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications Experience /b /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). /lili10–12 years of experience in CRM product management, life sciences technology solutions, or related domains. /liliStrong knowledge of Veeva Vault CRM, Veeva Network, and OpenData platforms /liliDemonstrated ability to define product vision, manage backlogs, and deliver market-ready CRM features. /liliExpertise in life sciences CRM workflows, customer data integration, and data quality management. /liliSkilled in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and cross-functional alignment. /liliExperience delivering training and enablement sessions for diverse audiences. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills; ability to evangelize product capabilities. /liliPreferred certifications: Veeva CRM/Vault, Agile/Scrum (CSPO), Data Management/Governance. /li /ul
