We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager in SIENA to join our Retail Team. Our Retail channel is very dynamic and growing quickly, and is central for the development of our company, with direct stores in Italy, UK and US and planned openings in other European countries. Key Responsibilities - Support in coordinating the team to reach together business goals - Guarantee high standards of selling technique and customer experience - Support in training the team and new entries in collaboration with the Store Manager - Communicate effectively to the team to ensure each person is up to speed with key updates - Support in monitoring store KPIs and performance, store calendar (shifts, orders, forecast and inventory management) in order to reach store goals - Promote and guarantee Venchi’s service model - Support in executing visual merchandising guidelines and layouts - Promote smart initiatives to improve practical solutions and fill possible gaps - A former experience in an international retail-oriented company will be considered a plus - Result oriented with ability to effectively multitask in a rapid work environment, by meeting all deadlines - Strong relation, negotiation skills with constant attention to detail and performance - Problem solving mindset combined with ability to manage both independent and teamwork - Ability to create and develop data-driven business strategies - International mindset, fluent in Italian and English Positive and flexible and obviously a chocolate and gelato lover! joinustoscana Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato Retribuzione: €24.482,50 - €27.208,16 all'anno Benefit: - Assicurazione sanitaria - Bevande gratis - Snack gratis - Viaggi premio Esperienza: - Vice Store Manager: 1 anno (Obbligatorio) Lingua: - Inglese (Obbligatorio)
