The ideal candidate will have a strongstrong background in positive displacement pumps, pump control systems, and the ability to review and quote based on engineering specifications /strong. /ppIn this role, you will work closely with our strongsales team, distributors, engineers, and end-users /strong to analyze application requirements, develop technical proposals, and recommend optimal solutions. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our solutions meet strongcustomer needs, industry standards, and technical requirements /strong. /ppResponsibilities /pulliCreate quotes for pumps, grinders, and custom electrical control panels using the ERP system, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for clients in the water and wastewater industry. /liliAnswer technical questions from both customers and the sales team, providing expertise on equipment controls, electrical control panels, and related systems. /liliSource necessary information from Vogelsang Germany, customers, and suppliers to support the design and implementation of equipment controls and electrical control panels. /liliCompile submittal packages to send to customers, including detailed documentation on pumps, grinders, and electrical control panels. /liliOversee orders from start to finish, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of custom electrical control panels and related equipment. /liliReview purchase orders for parts and assembly orders, comparing for accuracy and data entry quality, with a focus on components related to equipment controls and electrical systems. /liliEnter and confirm parts orders, ensuring all components for electrical control panels and related equipment are accurately documented and processed. /liliQuote parts, replacement kits, and replacement models, including those for electrical control panels and equipment controls. /liliRequest clean specifications from engineers and end users to facilitate the design and manufacturing of custom electrical control panels and equipment control systems. /liliRequest submittal packages from suppliers for motors, gearboxes, panels, and other components related to equipment controls and electrical systems. /liliSchedule upcoming bids in ERP system and Salesforce, coordinating with sales and engineering teams to align on opportunities related to equipment controls and electrical control panels. /liliOther duties as assigned, including tasks related to the engineering and manufacturing of custom electrical control panels and support for equipment controls in the water and wastewater industry. /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /ppstrongQualifications Experience /strong /ppstrongRequired: /strong /pullistrongMinimum of 7 years of experience /strong in strongApplication Engineering or Inside Sales /strong in the strongpump and controls industry /strong. /lilistrongBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering /strong from an accredited college or university. /liliExtensive knowledge of strongpositive displacement pumps /strong (rotary lobe, progressive cavity, gear, or diaphragm pumps). /liliExperience in strongreviewing, interpreting, and quoting from engineering specifications /strong. /liliStrong background in strongpump selection, system design, and performance analysis /strong. /liliFamiliarity with strongpump control systems, automation, and electrical integration /strong (VFDs, PLCs, sensors). /liliAbility to develop strongtechnical proposals, quotations, and bid responses /strong with a high degree of accuracy. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliExcellent communication skills, with the ability to strongexplain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders /strong. /liliProficiency in strongMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and CAD software ( but not required). /strong /li /ulpstrong: /strong /pulliExperience in strongwastewater, industrial processing, or agricultural applications /strong. /liliWorking knowledge of strongfluid dynamics, mechanical seals, and material compatibility /strong. /liliPrior experience collaborating with strongOEMs, engineering firms, and large industrial customers /strong. /li /ulpstrongBenefits /strong /ppstrongWhat We Offer /strong /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
