In charge of implementing a solid and coherent compensation and incentive system to guarantee equity within the company, as well as towards the market. Implement and guarantee a qualitative and innovative welfare strategy that offers rewarding and engaging services to employees through caring activities. Integrate the incentive and welfare strategy to enhance Sephora’s attractiveness for new hires and loyalty for the employees. In charge of all HR reporting and data analysis in support of the HRD strategy, as well as the other departments’ people management analytical activities. Strongly cooperate with the Employees Experience department to provide the employees the most engaging and motivating rewarding experience during their lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* In charge of both Head-Office and Retail populations on all tasks described
* Design of economic proposals for HQ and Retail employees: new hires, promotions, job rotation, etc.
* Management of the company Salary review Campaign (ICR) and incentive plan annual process
* Benchmark analysis about external market and related salary positioning
* Management and monitoring of company performance evaluation processes, such as PCR, ICR, and OMR, balancing LVMH requirements with market competitiveness
* Implementation of all incentive system plans (Retail and Head-Office)
* Design and implementation of SephoraForYou projects (people caring, work-life balance, and company benefits)
* Supervision of welfare services and ongoing improvements based on employee needs
* Guarantee of LVMH welfare global plans and monitoring their local implementation
* Coordination of report activities in collaboration with Payroll team
* Management of all reporting activities: annual and monthly reports, employee dashboards for Sephora Global, and annual report for LVMH about employee life cycles, HR KPIs, and related information
* Preparation of local reports for Area Manager, Controlling team, and HR Department
* Ensure data quality across all HR Informatics systems
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
* Great knowledge of Compensation & Benefits
* Solid experience in reporting and data analytics
* Experience in retail is a plus
* English proficiency is mandatory
