Within the D&ISITALY; -Human Resources organization based in Bologna, as HR Business Partner Jr you will perform the following activities:
Responsibilities
- Support the Business Partnercommunity in the deployment of the People Management Cycle process
- Serve as HR Business partner for assigned population in a multisite context (Bologna, Florence, Rome, Bari)
- Support newcomers induction
- Support organization and delivery of the training plan;monitor Site training expenses;
- Monitor, participate in and drive workforce planning and recruitment activities
- Provide support on reporting and administrative tasks
- Monitor and update HR KPI's Dashboard
Contract
Contractuals : 12 months fixed term contract
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Able to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Very good command of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information
- Fluent in English
