We are looking for an IT Retail & Omnichannel Specialist to join the IT & Transformation team, supporting the development and implementation of technological solutions for the Retail and Omnichannel business. The role will contribute to the integration of physical and digital channels, collaborating with various business teams to enhance the customer experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilites Required
Up to 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in Retail, Omnichannel, or e-commerce environments.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of POS platforms, CRM, ERP, and e-commerce solutions.
Interest and sensitivity to digital customer experience and customer journey topics.
Strong prioritization skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Collaborative attitude and ability to work in cross‐functional teams.
Proactivity, energy, and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment.
Fluent Italian and English are required.
