The resource will also ensure the adequacy of the process, with a focus on feasibility, quality, and technical support for production.brJob responsibilitiesbrMAIN RESPONSIBILITIESbr* Plan and monitor the optimization processes of the industrial prototypebr* Evaluate innovative process and product solutionsbr* Modify patterns to implement improvementsbr* Follow the internal leather goods department and all external suppliers and verify compliance with the defined industrialization processbr* Ensure the feasibility analysis of new products and processes and collaborate to improve existing onesbr* Support the product development office in the evaluation of materials, combining stylistic needs and production capabilitiesbr* Ensure the correct management of the industrialization of production, proactively assessing any product defectsbr* Plan the industrialization activities necessary for the realization of production inputsbr* Follow production requests from a technical and design point of viewbr* Define the tools and operations necessary for the optimization of productsbr* Interact with the Production, Purchasing, Quality and Project Manager departments to ensure the proper progress of the optimization phasesbrProfilebrPROFILEbrAt least 10 years of experience in leather goods industrialization or consolidated experience as a pattern maker/prototypist in the leather goods/bags sectorbr* Technical Diploma or Degreebr* Knowledge of techniques for reading and modifying patterns and for creating prototypesbr* In-depth knowledge of the production and quality process in the field of leather goodsbr* Ability to communicate with different departments to resolve issuesbr* Problem-solving, negotiation, and flexibility skillsbr* Computer proficiency, in particular Excel.
