Ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a motivated Health Safety Specialist to join our manufacturing plant in Pozzuolo Martesana (MI), Italy. This role offers the opportunity to play an active role in ensuring a safe workplace, supporting the business in meeting legal requirements and internal standards, and contributing to the development of a strong safety culture on site. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 pAs a bHealth and Safety Specialist /b, you will ensure that working conditions comply with all relevant legal requirements and internal standards. This includes keeping brisk assessments up to date /b, completing btraining plans /b, managing contractors, handling incidents, and defining and monitoring action plans. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining all necessary bhealth and safety documentation /b for external agencies, firms, and government bodies. /p pYou will oversee periodic reporting on health and safety KPIs and support various departments by ensuring the consistent application and control of procedures and corporate policies. Your role will also involve advising on the interpretation and implementation of mandatory health and safety laws, offering technical expertise where needed. /p pThrough regular baudits and inspections /b, you will monitor performance and identify bopportunities for improvement /b. You will receive guidelines from both Group and Country levels and will be expected to promote the revision and updating of local operational instructions and procedures in key areas such as Lo.To.To, traffic management, change management, and confined spaces. /p pYou will lead training and coaching initiatives on health and safety topics, and actively contribute to the integration of health and safety within bLEAN manufacturing /b practices, including KPIs, Gemba Walks, SOPs, OPLs, RCA, Safety Maps, PPE Matrices, KK, and SMED. Additionally, you will help organize and implement bcommunication campaigns /b and wellbeing activities, such as Safety Days. /p pFinally, you will be responsible for creating and updating procedures within the Health and Safety Management System, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with best practices. /p h3About You /h3 pYou will bring your degree in Engineering, "Tecniche della prevenzione nell’ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro", or an equivalent qualification, and have developed a solid foundation in Health Safety within structured organizations, preferably in a manufacturing context. /p pYou take ownership of your work and approach challenges with curiosity and initiative, operating confidently in fast‑paced environments while managing multiple priorities and sensitive topics with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset. You collaborate effectively across functions, communicate clearly at all organizational levels, and balance a hands‑on operational approach with analytical thinking and strong attention to documentation and compliance. /p pYou are certified as ASPP or RSPP and open to working in an international and multicultural environment.
