Pre-commissioning project engineer / supervisor

PpbTechfem /b is an independent multidisciplinary engineering, project management and testing company specializing in high value‑added services for the plant engineering sectors for the production, transformation, storage, transportation and distribution of energy fluids. /p h3Posizione /h3 pFor the strengthening of the bPlants Pipeline Process Services B.U. /b, we are looking for a Pre‑Commissioning Project Engineer / Supervisor. /p pThe resource, reporting to the Pre‑Commissioning Project / Operation Manager, will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all offshore pipeline (sealine) pre‑commissioning activities. /p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liPreparation of Method Statements (MoS) for pre‑commissioning activities such as flooding, cleaning, gauging, pigging, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, nitrogen services, chemical injection, MEG/TEG swabbing /li liPreparation of lifting plans including lifting studies, load charts, and rigging configurations /li liDevelopment of equipment and material mobilization plans (test cabins, compressors, pumps, filtration units, temporary process and utility networks) /li liPreparation of logistics plans and worksite layout drawings /li liPlanning of execution schedules, manpower allocation, and shift rotation /li liCoordination of interfaces with Contractor/Client (SIMOPS, deck operations, utilities, installation activities) /li liTechnical coordination with subcontractors and vendors (e.g. nitrogen services, chemical suppliers, hose providers) /li liReview and verification of subcontractor documentation (procedures, MoS, lifting plans) /li liVerification of equipment certification, calibration status, and readiness for mobilization /li liParticipation in HAZID, HIRA and risk assessment activities /li liSupervision of offshore and onshore pre‑commissioning operations (flooding, pigging, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, chemical injection, TEG swabbing) /li liSupervision of installation, testing, and operation of pre‑commissioning equipment (pumps, compressors, dryers, filtration systems) /li liMonitoring of operational parameters (pressure, flow rate, temperature, chemical injection rates) and data logging /li liCoordination of operational team (operators and technicians) and interface with client representatives /li liConducting toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) system /li liPreparation of daily operational reports and final pre‑commissioning dossiers /li liTroubleshooting and technical support during operations /li liEnsuring compliance with HSE requirements and international safety standards /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Energy or equivalent) /li liAvailability to travel and work offshore /li liGood knowledge of MS Office package /li liTeamworking attitude and strong organizational skills /li liProblem solving, proactivity and ability to work under pressure complete the profile /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience in pipeline/sealine pre‑commissioning activities /li liProven experience in preparation of technical documentation (MoS, lifting plans, procedures) /li liGood knowledge of offshore operations and related interfaces /li liFamiliarity with pre‑commissioning equipment (pumps, compressors, air dryers, injection skids) /li liGood knowledge of English language /li liExperience in offshore Oil Gas projects /li liValid offshore certifications (e.g. BOSIET, HUET) /li liExperience in managing international subcontractors /li /ul h3Work Location /h3 pOnshore and offshore, with missions in Italy and abroad. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
