What You Can Expect
* Build supply‑chain expertise through rotations across manufacturing plants, divisional teams, and specialist support functions.
* Implement, monitor and expand processes to balance on‑time delivery and inventories.
* Learn basics of S&OP and communicate the rolling forecast.
* Manage goods receipts, prioritisation and work in warehousing from receipt to ship, collaborating closely with Lean teams.
* Use procurement best practices and participate in supplier negotiations.
Your ideal profile
* Master’s degree in engineering or business administration.
* Process‑driven, organised and disciplined approach.
* Initiative and strong communication skills.
* Geographical mobility after completion of the graduate programme.
* Fluent in local language and English.
* First‑hand experience in project management is a plus.
