Every day, you’ll define and lead the art direction of integrated campaigns for national NGO clients.
You’ll design creative concepts and turn them into deliverables for both digital and offline channels, using generative tools to create and optimize assets.
Within a creative team you’ll coordinate photo and video shoots and work closely with copywriters, PMs, and producers to ensure consistency and quality — managing creative and organizational challenges autonomously while respecting timelines and budgets.
Artificial Intelligence will be one of your main tools, continuously enhancing our creative approach.
Who You AreYou have at least 3 years of experience in an agency or creative role. You’re independent, a true problem solver, and passionate about proposing innovative visual solutions. You’ve worked on integrated campaigns and know the NGO industry well, with hands‑on experience in photo and video direction. You can coordinate teams and suppliers with an organized, results‑oriented mindset. You’re positive, collaborative, and eager to experiment with new technologies — especially those powered by artificial intelligence.
