We have created work spaces that foster a sense of community and constructive exchange of experiences. /p pWe are looking for a talented bCRO Digital Analytics Expert /b for our design studio, keen to join a global design studio to humanise complexity and positively impact people's lives. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 pYou will help our clients explore new business opportunities in the following areas: /p ul liProduct Analytics /li liDigital Analytics /li liVoice of Customer /li liDigital Marketing /li /ul pYou will instill a digital analytics culture by measuring and optimizing the quality of the User Experience through quantitative tools in continuous collaboration with all external and internal stakeholders. /p pYou will manage the collection, analysis, and performance monitoring of digital properties (apps and websites) to identify the most relevant insights and contribute to improving conversion and User Experience. /p pbYou will be involved in the following activities: /b /p ul liDefinition of valuable strategies for proper website/apps/campaign measurement through an ad hoc tracking strategy. /li liCollaborate in defining the monitoring strategy and designing plans for tracking and measuring the success of services and products. /li liMonitor product KPIs through analytics tools to report on strategic trends and identify critical issues in achieving business objectives. /li liCollect user feedback with the aim of identifying areas for improvement to enrich product strategies. /li liCarry out quantitative user survey activities, including: 1) Collecting internal research objectives. 2) Analyzing the flows under the survey. 3) Defining the survey delivery strategy and data collection. 4) Defining research protocols. 5) Implementing and managing the delivery tools. /li liDesign and manage data visualization dashboards and provide easy access to data for the Design team and key stakeholders. /li liMeasuring, analysing and monitoring website performance trends. /li liCollection, design and formalisation of tracking requirements. /li liStructure and present analysis to management and stakeholders through actionable reporting and tracking. /li liCreation of customised user reporting through Adobe Workspaces Report. /li liManage a CRO roadmap to orchestrate A/B and multivariate tests to improve on‑site conversion rates. /li liCollaborate closely with marketing and IT teams. /li /ul h3Who we're looking for /h3 p2+ years of experience on complex Analytics projects on different platforms. /p pPrevious experience in setting up and managing digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, MixPanel. /p pPrevious experience in user research, including quantitative methods (surveys, questionnaires) and qualitative methods (interviews, usability testing). /p pPreferred knowledge and use of Qualtrics / Medallia / Talkwalker / Sprinklr. /p pBasic knowledge of tag management platforms, such as Adobe Launch, Adobe Dynamic Tag Management, and Adobe Campaign. /p pCurrently valid certifications on Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner or Advanced Google Analytics. /p pExperience with user behaviour monitoring tools: heatmap, session recording, survey, etc. (e.g. Contentsquare or similar) and understanding web design basics (UX and UI). /p pProven experience in team collaboration. /p pAbility to relate both with Operational and C-level. /p h3What we offer /h3 pWe offer a range of tailored benefits that support your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
