Ph3Job Summary /h3 pThe Billing Specialist has the primary responsibility for accurate invoice coordination and submissions. /p h3Essential Functions /h3 ul liHandle the active billing process /li liCalculate, verify and handle commissions /li liMonitor and resolve billing issues (e.g., invoice rejections) /li liManage Administration of agency contracts /li liHandle the collection and retrieval of documentation from field personnel /li liPerform all administrative tasks required to ensure office efficiency /li liSupport and backup for order and credit collection activities /li /ul h3Required/Preferred Education And Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or diploma - administrative/economic focus /li liAt least 2 years of prior professional experience in billing and accounts receivable /li liKnowledge of the main billing processes and administrative procedures /li liPreferable experience in companies interacting with Public Administration, along with knowledge of related processes and administrative workflows /li liGood knowledge of the English language /li liGood knowledge of MS Office - particularly Excel and Power Point - and familiarity with ERP systems (Navision Microsoft Dynamics) /li liAssertive, respectful, friendly, team-oriented character /li liOrganizational skills and ability to manage priorities /li liFlexibility, organization and attention to detail /li /ul h3Physical Demands /h3 ul liThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
