Reporting to the HR Manager Italy, you are here to ensure the right assessment and decision making around these areas to drive our unique Beiersdorf culture.
Performance management:
* You enable managers and employees to drive a continuous performance management, including regular follow-ups and high-quality performance conversations.
* You ensure the reward process is implemented and rewards are linked to performance.
Organizational development, engagement & culture:
* You serve as a trusted advisor to shape the organization’s future and culture.
* You pro-actively identify organizational needs and deliver them in collaboration with the local. management team, Centers of Excellence will provide you with blueprints, best practices and templates for organizational development.
Strategic ground-level spokesperson:
* Data Management: maintaining accurate HR records and databases and contributing to the generation of insightful HR analytics reports
* Personnel costs accuracy and proficiency
Your Profile
* Bachelor or Masters degree with focus on HR or business-related fields/Economics.
* You are analytical and data-driven with full proficiency in Exce
* 3-5 yrs experience
* Experience in labour law, working council
* As a partner to the business, you have strong communication and influencing skills.
* Affinity for and understanding of digital trends.
* Italian mandatory, proficient written and spoken English
