We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join an international hospitality group. The role will be based in Ticino and involves working on projects across various European locations.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and execution of high-end residential and/or commercial interior projects
* Develop creative concepts aligned with luxury standards
* Select premium materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting with strong attention to detail
* Prepare mood boards, layouts, 3D visualizations, and detailed design presentations
* Collaborate closely with architects, contractors and suppliers
* Oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality and precision
* Manage budgets, timelines, and supplier coordination
Your Profile:
* Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
* Minimum 10pr+ years of experience in high-end or luxury interior design
* Strong portfolio showcasing refined, elegant, and sophisticated projects
* Excellent knowledge of materials, textures, color composition, and spatial planning
* Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized
* Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken
