We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive bTooling Procurement Controlling Specialist /b to join our aviation logistics team. This role is critical in ensuring the availability, compliance, and traceability of specialized tooling used in aircraft maintenance and operations. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liContact for maintenance planning and production on material and tool provisioning /li liEnsures availability of tools and equipment for line and base maintenance /li liPerforms basic maintenance and minor repairs on tools and equipment /li liManages logistics for sales, loans and shipments per customer needs /li liOversees provisioning with warehouse, suppliers, forwarders and customs /li liEnsures material flow and information exchange during maintenance /li liSupports planning for material evaluation of customer requests /li liClarifies provisioning deadlines and joins production meetings /li liPerforms incoming checks and bookings in warehouse system /li liHandles storage, picking, packing and shipping of materials and tools /li liSupports team and assists in warehouse operations and projects /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in aviation logistics, tooling management, or procurement. /li liFamiliarity with aviation maintenance environments and tooling standards (e.g., EASA Part-145, FAA). /li liStrong organizational and communication skills. /li liProficiency in inventory management systems and procurement software. /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. /li liTechnical background or certification in aviation maintenance is a plus. /li liItalian nationality or a valid residence and working permission for Italy. /li /ul h3About Lufthansa Technik Milan S.R.L. /h3 pLufthansa Technik Milan is a fully owned subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik AG specialized in providing a full range of aircraft maintenance services, 24/7 AOG recovery, as well as logistics services.
