Deputising Store Manager absence when required. /p pbDimensions /b /p pFinancial: Store KPIs /p pPeople: indirectly lead the store team members /p pImpact: Impacts on the consumer experience in store and on the achievement of the stores KPIs /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDemonstrate excellent selling behaviours, being a role model to the sales team to consistently deliver personal key performance indicators. /li liSupport the Store Manager to engage, coach and develop the team to ensure the store delivers its sales targets and associated key performance indicators. /li liOversee the sales floor, demonstrating excellent Floor Control skills to ensure the store is a great place to shop. /li liConsistently review and utilise store CSAT insight to identify actions to improve the customer experience and store operations. /li liSupport in the delivery of store operations and Visual Merchandising principles to deliver best practice retail standards and create the required shopping experience. /li liContinually upskill in knowledge of our products to be a product expert, role modelling and educating the team to utilise product knowledge to drive sales. /li liOrganise and prioritise required tasks to ensure business needs are met whilst protecting sales and service in store. /li liProvide regular feedback to the team to motivate and engage to improve performance where required. /li liSupport the Store Manager with managing people issues as they occur to avoid escalation into more complex issues. /li liBuild capability and understanding to effectively manage all aspects of the store in the absence of the store manager. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liGood retail experience including in a management role, leading a team. /li liStrong coaching skills. /li liEffective communicator who can provide clarity to individuals or team on what is required of them and why. /li liAbility to inspire and motivate a store team through injecting pride, passion, and energy to create a positive working environment. /li liProficient in supporting with people processes and team development. /li liGood experience in delivering and exceeding sales and targets. /li liProactive with good organisation skills to initiate completion of tasks without direction or supervision. /li liGood commercial skills. /li liIT proficient with the ability to use a range of systems to manage in-store activity. /li liGood knowledge of and experience in Visual Merchandising. /li /ul pThis document describes the general nature and level of work only.
