PpbJUNE /b /p h3Overview /h3 pWe are looking for an engaged and passionate Retail Training Intern to join our Training Team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.
/p h3Your Impact /h3 h3Main Activities /h3 ul liWork within the HQ Omnichannel Training and Engagement team to define the new Client Experience; /li liWork on our global digital training app to support and create training content and reporting; /li liWork with Moncler regional teams (APAC, China, Japan, Korea, EMEA, US) to collect feedback on WW projects and facilitate the rollout of such initiatives; /li liManage Global Omnichannel Activations and track performance at a global and regional level; /li liOrganization of decks, reports, files, planning documents.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree; /li liHigh proficiency in PPT Excel; /li liAn interest within the Retail luxury fashion sector is a plus; /li liFluent in English, written and spoken.
Fluency in Italian is a plus.
